Using the NEW Propay Reconciliation Tools

Bank reconciliation is never easy. But Diversified Technology engineers have developed a new tool to help clients using the ProPay payment processing system to get through this task more quickly.
After downloading a Sweep Report from the Citizen Action Center, clients can choose to run various reconciliation reports at the transaction level or at the batch level. Whichever level you work at, the reports will help you spot discrepancies.
There is no charge for adding this tool to your Diversified Billing system. However, it will be treated as a customization that will need to be installed by your Support rep. Those interested should sign up for a webinar scheduled for 1 PM EST on March 26th for more detail.
