Getting onboard with Digital Work Orders
Digital Works Order software is offered only as a cloud-based subscription service. As such, your software will be loaded, configured and ready to go to work for you. You and your field workers will only have to login.
Our support staff will walk you through the processes of adding new employees, creating work orders, managing day-to-day operations and creating activity reports.
Standalone Application
Digital Work Order software can run as a standalone application or be tightly integrated into the Diversified Billing System. All work orders are generated electronically and sent to field workers’ smartphones or tablets. Field workers can use either Android or iOS devices to manage and execute work orders.
Maintain Electronic History
Digital Work Order software allows you to maintain an electronic history of every work order and access it as part of each customer’s permanent record.
We Support Both You and Your End Users
Diversified Technology’s support group will stand ready to respond to any questions or issues that arise for you or your field techs. Our support department is staffed Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern time.
