    The Citizen Action Center allows citizens to pay any municipal bill or fine; find, complete and submit any form or document and pay any required fees; ask a questions or initiate action on any issue; interact with their utility account; notify all municipal services of an impending move; or register their household or business.

    In this module citizens can pay any bill. It could be a parking ticket. Their real estate taxes. A fine for a code violation. Anything. They can pay with a debit or credit card or use their bank account.

    The Citizen Profile provides a location where citizens can store their contact information so that it can be used in future transactions. They can also store their payment information here under bank-grade security. And they can elect to receive emergency or non-emergency notifications from their municipality.

    Forms & Documents

    Municipalities can utilize stock forms supplied with the Citizen Action Center or upload their custom forms. Citizens can complete the form online and submit it. No need to print and fill out the form by hand. No need to scan and email the form. Citizens can also attach photos or other required documents and pay any required fees before form is submitted.

    Registration

    In the registration module, household registration provides the municipality with contact information as well as demographic and special needs information about a household’s residents. Business registration provides the municipality with after-house contact information and information about any hazardous materials stored on site. This information is made available to first responders to protect their own health and safety as well as to better serve their constituents.
