Communicate
The Communicate module allows residents to alert municipal staff members to any issue. The issue could be a downed stop sign. It could be overgrown weeds in the vacant lot next door. It could be suspicious late-night activity in their neighborhood.
Issue reports are designed to gather all of the details municipal staffers need to take action on the issue. And they can let the citizen know when the issue has been addressed.

Forms & Documents
Municipalities can make all of their forms and documents available to citizens through this module. Citizens will be able to find the form, fill it out online and submit it directly to the appropriate department. Any municipal fee can be paid online prior to submission.
Departments will receive neatly typewritten documents instead of handwritten chicken scratch. Documents will be in the form of a PDF which can be printed and filed. Or filed electronically.

Registration
Here citizens can register their household or business. Landlords can register their rental properties. This provides municipalities with a treasure trove of information about their residents and gives first responders critical insights into the situation to which they are being called.

Rentals
In the Rentals module, citizens can identify any municipal facility available for rent. This could be a picnic pavilion, ball field, conference room or just about anything else. They can see dates and times for which a facility has been reserved and can place a reservation for open date and time. Any reservation or rental fee due can be paid online and deposited directly to the account of the appropriate department.

My Activities
The My Activities module serves as the citizen’s filing cabinet. Here the Citizen Action Center stores a record of the citizen’s every activity. A bill paid. A building permit application filed. An issue with barking dogs reported. The citizen can check this activity log anytime to verify or provide documentation of an action taken.

Utilities
Here citizens can interact with one or multiple utility accounts. They can pay their bill using a debit or credit card or their bank account. Or they can set up autopay. They can see their billing and payment history in chart or graph form or download and print a copy of their most recent bill.
