Sales Professional

Sales Professionals are responsible for helping the company to grow by securing new clients through outbound telephone prospecting, following up on leads, attendance at trade shows, and other methods. Individuals must be able to understand the potential client’s processes, needs, and pain points through strong communication skills and by utilizing an established information-gathering template. A comprehensive understanding of the company’s services and software platforms is critical to providing the most value and client satisfaction. Successful candidates will have a passion for understanding and meeting client needs in business-to-business and/or business-to-government sales.

Billing Office Associate

The Associate works with and on behalf of clients daily to assist with billing and payment for utilities and services including water, sewer, trash, electric, parking fees, facility reservations, and electronic document submission. The individual will have a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s platforms to be able to generate highly-accurate billings, notices, and reports both electronically and for postal mailing efficiently and on time, as well as process payments from a variety of sources. The Associate also responds to emails and phone calls daily from clients and their customers needing assistance with navigating these platforms.

Client Support and Software Implementation Specialist

The Support Associate provides day-to-day client support and implementation of the company’s various platforms. The individual will have a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s platforms to be able to identify clients’ needs, clarify issues, and provide solutions. The Specialist responds to emails and phone calls daily from clients needing assistance with these platforms, and also makes proactive outreach for client retention and service enhancements.
