Billing Office Associate – Full-Time
Busy office is currently looking for Full-time associate whose responsibilities will include answering customer calls, using our billing software and payment processing for various clients.
You must have good communication skills, both verbal and written, be extremely detail oriented and very proficient with PCs. Accounts Receivable or Banking experience preferred. Minimum 2- year degree preferred.
Duties include all aspects of an accounting office, producing accurate bills, processing customer payments, handling numerous customer calls and emails and generating reports.
