The Client Support & Software Implementation Specialist serves as a vital bridge between our utility billing
software solutions and municipal clients, ensuring seamless software adoption and exceptional service delivery.
Working collaboratively with our development, sales, and support teams, the specialist manages multiple
projects simultaneously, troubleshoots client issues, and guides municipalities through our proprietary software
systems while enjoying competitive benefits and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.
Job Description
An expanding utility billing software firm with local roots has an opportunity for a detail-oriented and task-driven
individual who can provide exceptional client service. The company focuses on making clients’ lives easier

A new team member would be expected to listen to clients’ needs, clarify issues, and provide solutions.
Accounting experience is preferred but not required. We’ll provide the training and coaching needed to master
our in-house developed software.
Project Implementors will work with a team of developers, salespeople, and support staff to implement software
and processes. The successful individual will have strong communication skills, be able to manage multiple
projects simultaneously and understand billing and/or customer data software.
Work hours will be Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with a one hour lunch. Occasional travel to clients is
required.
